About

I am a licensed non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy (“Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie”), certified in Hamburg in 2012.

I was raised bilingually, with a British mother and a German father.

My therapeutic foundation includes:

  • Seven years of training in psychoanalytic art therapy with integrated cognitive behavioural approaches (APAKT Hamburg), including extensive personal self-experience and training analysis.
  • As part of my training, I worked clinically with bipolar and psychosis patients at the University Medical Center Hamburg (UKE), and later supported the team on a freelance basis.

I hold a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Hamburg.

I have been working in private practice since 2011, first in Hamburg and now in Bielefeld, offering sessions in person and online.

My work is grounded, relational, and structured – with respect for emotional depth and individual pace.
