How 3 CBT sessions can help:
I consider my therapy sessions to be teachings and I explain every aspect of your issue in detail, making sure that you fully understand how you created your problem and how you can overcome it by yourself.
With your permission, I audio record each session, so that you can listen back to it later, whenever it suits you. This way, you will be able to relax during the session, knowing that you have all the tools and exercises in the recording, and you can go through them later at your own pace. Many of my online clients also choose to go for a walk outside while they are having their session with me over the phone. This usually helps to relax and process the information faster and better. Based on my experience since 2011, this method has proven to be the most effective and fast working approach, indepentantly of what you are currently struggling with.

- Understanding how you created the problem in your mind
- Understanding how to dissolve the problem by transforming it
- Practicing (observing your thoughts and emotions and transforming them by yourself, with the help of my guidance)
